And there shall be a tabernacle for a shadow in the daytime from the heat, and for a place of refuge, and for a covert from storm and from rain. (Isa 4:6)

All In A Days Work

Well today we managed to get the hole under the sink patched, changed some fuses and got back our radio and backup lights, but can't seem to get the running lights working. Attempted to sodder a piece on one of the running lights, that holds the bulb in, but...resorted to duck tape ;-) every single woman's handyman, works great! Went to the RV repair shop and had them check out the propane tank, and made an appt. for them to replace the regulator on it on Friday morning...$165 or prayerfully a bit less. I am trying to run as many appliances as possible to use up the last of the propane so they can do the repair. We also checked power to one of our outlets but I, not being an electrician (but workin on it, lol) could not figure out why it is not working. Checked the fluids in the house battery again because for some reason it boiled over, they were fine. Went to Goodwill and bought a long jean skirt as many of my skirts are just to cool for this time of year. I also brought some books and clothing back out from the house. Hope to be close to packed up by Friday so we can leave Sunday morning to go see my princess and meet her bo before he is deployed. We will have limited internet/phone during some of the time we are out and about as we will do some National Park camping....as long as they will let us stay =O Since we have no other car, our little rig will go with us any time we go into town (unless biking) so we can hit starbucks for internet and we will have phone in town. All in all a good days work, much to do but don't want to wear ourselves out, so we will rest and perhaps pack a bit tonight. I need to spend some time reading and working on schoolwork as well. Getting excited to see my beautiful princess!
